Mary was amazing! We were first-time home buyers so we asked a TON of questions and Mary was super knowledgeable and always took time to explain everything to us. We also ran into a snag with our (big, national)lender as we were getting close to closing and Mary hooked us up with a fantastic local company that got us through the whole process in record time.

Purchasing a home is a big deal and having an agent that can be trusted is an even bigger deal. Mary is an agent you can trust. She helped navigate the entire process and ultimately executed the sale without a flaw. She has our vote!

This is a great sweet and kind real estate agent. We have been referred to her from san diego 6 minths before we mived to pensacola and every other week she sent us listings to view. The first day we fot here, she had listing alfeady to show us. We worked with her for a little over 2 weeks and we found the one, and helped us greatly with closing and we had the house close in a couple weeks. She also worked really hard for us to actually get money owed to us at closing rather than we owe. I highly highly recomend her and we will use her in a few years when we move again.

Began communication months in advance, continues to maintain contact via email and upon arival hit the ground running. Were able to close on a home very soon after arival to the area. Mary did an excellent job in helping me purchase my first home. I'm in the military stationed out of state, and I only had a few days in town to look at houses. Mary worked with my schedule and was very organized and prepared so we could get everything done in a short amount of time. My recent single family home purchase went smoothly during a short 30 day escrow despite flooding monsoon rain in Gulf Breeze, FL and numerous unrelated repair issues (especially termite damage behind interior walls). Working with Mary is incredibly easy. She took to time to show us quite a few homes that fit within our budget and was sending us updates on new homes that hit the market within 24 hours. Mary even went above and beyond for us when the home inspector showed up he forgot his passkey. Mary was literally in Perdido Keys, when I called her and she turned around then and there to let us in! It would have taken the inspector 2-3 hours to get in, and Mary had us up and going in 30...yay Mary!!!!! Being in the military and moving creates many problems. This was our last PCS and we wanted to find a house we would be living in for many years. Mary eliminated every problem that could have happened when searching for a house to buy. We thought trying to buy a house sight unseen was not going to work out well. She knew the area, sent us links to houses with what we wanted in them, and even facetimed with us going to different houses while we were still overseas. She pointed out many things positive and negative with each house and didn't hide anything from us which is what we needed. She is a 100% honest realtor. We closed on our house the day after we landed and during the final walk through there were no surprises. I highly recommend Mary for all of your housing needs.
