Overall amazing experience!! She handled the sale of our home with us being in New York and dealing with our current tenants. Comparing experiences with previous realtors, they should get busy and learn from Mary. Mary incorporates customer support into the Realtor occupation. As our agent she considered our interests as they were her own. She always found time to show us houses (we looked at many) helping us find a 'home' we wanted instead of closing a deal on a property. After we got our home under contract, she was valuable in assisting us with satisfying the many requirements (e.g. scheduling inspections, corresponding with loan officers, etc.) to get us to closing. We signed up with Mary again to sell our previous home. Prior to listing, she researched the market and found we under estimated the value of our house. We trusted her judgement and on the first day of listing we received a bid that resulted in a successful contract. Mary is very knowledgeable and kept us on the right track. We always learned something every time we met her and she would catch things we might have otherwise missed. At no time did I ever feel alone in this endeavor; Mary was always there with the right solutions.
